Our shipping policy is designed to save you money, and at the same time,
to add a personal touch to your shopping experience. We only use nationally
recognized and trusted carriers to ensure quick and professional treatment
of your ordered goods. Shipping and handling will be verified at shipping
time.

We use the UPS shipping tables that drive the UPS Quick Cost Calculator on
UPS's web site.

You must specify the destination zip code.

You must use the same shipping methods names as UPS. These are the current

The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses.
Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the
order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please
contact
us immediately.

UPS does not pick-up on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will
be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example:
An order placed on Saturday for UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Tuesday at
the earliest.

If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product
may not have processed yet or UPS has not picked-up the product yet from
our warehouse. This is common when orders are placed on weekends or holidays.
Address Corrections: If a customer enters an order with the incorrect delivery information (i.e. Wrong Address, No Suite Number, No Floor Number, No Company Name or Wrong Zip Code) and MCSnetZone is billed for an "Address Correction" by the carrier, the customer agrees to have the credit card on file with us and will be charged a $10.00 Address Correction Fee to off-set the charges assessed by the carrier. The customer will be notified by phone from our internet service team of this correction and charge.
