MCSnetZone wants to be your partner to develop communications solutions that increase your competitiveness and add value to your business. MCSnetZone is a full-service telecommunications and data systems store with access to endless delivery points in North America and world-wide!
      "All equipment offered "factory new"....no used or refurbished equipment is sold in the MCSnetZone, unless clearly stated refurbished or previously owned (used). Any used equipment is in working condition, fully functional and sold "as is" with no warranty."

Delivery
Orders received are shipped the same or next business day provided the item/s ordered are in stock and payment methods are in order. We make every effort to identify on the web site items that are special order, currently backordered to us or ship from the manufacturer, and these items may take several weeks for delivery. The method you choose for shipping will determine the cost and estimated delivery time.

Out of Stock
Merchandise that we are no longer able to get may remain on the web site for informational purposes when sold out or discontinued. Items available but not currently in stock generally take 2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait.

No Minimum Order Policy
We will ship any item you wish. Please be advised that there is a minimum handling charge of $8.95 on all orders that will be added to your bill at the time of shipment.

International Orders
All International Orders are accepted by fax at 609-859-1005, email with a member of the Internet Services Team or by telephone at 609-859-1000 ext #126. International Orders must be paid in US$'s (United States Dollars) and paid by wire transfer, IN ADVANCE. MCSnetzone wire transfer details will be forwarded at the time of the transaction. (Please note there will be a $50 minimum wire transfer fee.) The only exception to this policy is for credit pre-approved with bank or cashiers check that have cleared. The estimated cost of shipping can range from $100 - $300 or higher, plus any additional expenses, and we will email you a confirmed total, as it might be more or less dependant upon your specific order. Yahoo! automatically defaults international shipment costs at $100.00 and this amount is subject to change dependent upon shipping method and country. The most commonly used shipment methods is UPS Worldwide Express for international orders. Custom duties, clearance, and taxes are the recipients responsibility.

Taxes
Purchases made in New Jersey will be taxed at 7% on the purchase price. All other state, county, city, town or municipality sales taxes or use fees are the purchasers sole responsibility.

   How We Do Business

Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please be sure to provide the exact shipping AND billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect or incomplete information will cause a delay in processing your order.

If you are shipping to an alternate address OTHER than your billing address, we require that the alternate address be registered with your credit card company. You can easily do this by calling the toll free number on the back of your credit card. This process is to protect YOU, our customer, through our fraud prevention policies, and to minimize order processing delays.

Bank Checks, Cashier Checks and Company Checks:
We accept bank checks, cashier's checks and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed after the funds have cleared. We cannot guarantee the price and availability of a product by the time funds clear for payment. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all returned checks.
      For all orders: We will send you an e-mail once your order is shipped containing your tracking number. For your protection, in the event you are having the order shipped to an address other than the billing address, it is our policy that the shipping address be notated as an alternate address with the bank that issued your credit card. Our policy also states that on orders with a value of $1500.00 or more, on MasterCard, Visa, or Discover, that you contact the issuing bank and let them know that you placed an order with MCSnetZone, and the amount of the charge. This is known as notating your account.

Please remember that these processes are necessary for "YOUR CREDIT CARD PROTECTION".

FRAUD BY CREDIT CARD, FALSE NAME or ADDRESS
It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card. Fraudulent ordering at MCSnetZone will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please be aware that even if you do not provide MCSnetZone with your real name or location, your Web Browser transmits a unique address, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify and locate you. Both the FBI and US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet Fraud.

Returns
All returns are subject to approval by MCSnetZone. Please contact our offices within 30 days of your order date to begin the return process.
     Certain hardware items including, but not limited to, headsets (including headset amplifiers, cords and accessories) and all special order items may ONLY be returned for replacement and are considered non-refundable due to manufacturers policy.
      A restocking charge up to 25% of purchase price will be charged to your account for non-defective product. Restocking fees are charged to offset actual costs of repackaging, restocking & administration incurred. Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA) or as defective must be in 100% resalable condition and unused, and the outer seal or seals must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes and manufacturer packaging that have been opened or re-taped are not eligible for return and will be refused by MCSnetZone and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
      Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning merchandise. Beyond 30 days of purchase you must contact the manufacturer directly. When clicking the "Place Order" button in the shopping process, customers agree to this return policy.

Warranty/Disclaimers
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective within 30 days from the date of your invoice, you can exchange that item, according to the terms of the MCS netZone return policy. DISCLAIMERS. The materials accessible from or on this Web Site are provided "AS IS", and MCS expressly disclaims any implied or express warranties or conditions of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property relating to such materials.In no event shall MCS be liable for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, damages resulting from use or reliance on the information presented, loss of profits or revenues, or costs of replacement goods. Although MCS has attemped to provide accurate information on this Web Site as a service to its users, MCS assumes no responsibility for, and makes no representations with respect to, the accuracy of the information. MCS may change the products or pricing mentioned on this Web Site at any time without notice.
