Customers looking for an all encompassing Bluetooth solution will be drawn to the ABT-34 Bluetooth Headset System as it includes both the Bluetooth headset and a deskphone adapter with charging cradle. The base allows the headset to work seamlessly between an office phone and Bluetooth enabled mobile phone or other Bluetooth enabled device. The ABT-34 supports Avaya phones that do not feature electronic hookswitch compatibility through the optional HL10 handset lifter.
The ABT-34 is essentially identical to the ABT-35s with the exception of no integrated hookswitch control of the desk phone. The ABT-34 is appropriate for customers with older Avaya telephones which do not support integrated hookswitch. Note: The ABT-34 is not recommended for general office environments. The average range is 33 feet. If there are multiple bluetooth headsets in your office environment, the range can decrease to eight feet because of interference.
